By accessing or using the USAEMS platform at usaems.net ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Service is operated by USAEMS in support of event operations at United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock, Texas. These terms govern your use of the platform, including account management, event staffing, gate count submissions, incident reporting, and SMS notification features.
Access to USAEMS is granted to authorized personnel only. Accounts are created by arena administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Program Name: USAEMS Event Notifications
Program Description: USAEMS sends SMS text message notifications
to registered staff and employees of United Supermarkets Arena. Messages include
event reminders, shift updates, gate count submission confirmations, and urgent
event operations alerts and emergency notifications.
Opt-In: SMS notifications are optional. Users may opt in during account activation by checking the consent checkbox on the password setup page. Consent is recorded with a timestamp. Opting in is not required to use the platform.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on event schedule and operational activity. Users may receive multiple messages per event day.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
For help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at admin@usaems.net.
Mobile Data Sharing: No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for any marketing or promotional purpose.
For more information on supported carriers, see your carrier's terms. USAEMS is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
USAEMS administrators may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or are no longer authorized to access the platform. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.
All content, code, and materials on the USAEMS platform are owned by USAEMS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
USAEMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. USAEMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or service interruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold USAEMS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
USAEMS may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lubbock County, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
